Both stone and concrete are deep-cleaned and acid-washed. The stone is then sealed with an enhancing, penetrating, matte sealer. The natural colors of the stone are noticeably accentuated. The concrete has been color-stained and sealed.

The concrete lost much of its color and ability to repel contaminants and water. After stripping the previous stain and coating, the concrete was re-stained and sealed with a semi-glossy sealer.
